Counselling & Psychotherapy
Between 2000 and 2010 Tanmayo Murray-Clark worked in senior roles at Transport for London. He was jointly responsible for designing, implementing and operating the innovative and successful London Congestion Charging and low emission schemes to tight timelines, budgets and scrutiny. As MD for Planning he was jointly responsible for over 300 staff developing London-wide policies and large-scale transport projects.
In 2010, after a 34-year career in the public sector, Tanmayo moved to Devon and made a 180-degree switch in direction by retraining as a Core Process psychotherapist. The MA training with its roots in Buddhist teachings on mindfulness and presence, his private client work and working as a volunteer and trustee in the charity sector have generated a grounded experience and capacity in Tanmayo to support individuals and organisations in thoughtful, heartfelt and practical exploration.
Tanmayo and Susanne Gosling lead Pelumbra’s one-to-one personal development work. His psychotherapy practice is detailed in tanmayo-therapist.com
