Yokohama National University (YNU) -From his 40-year experience at Fujitsu HR, he established hiscompany, Kentaro office, in Tokyo in 2016. Heparticipated in IMPM (International Master Programfor Managers) and he has been promotingCoaching Ourselves in Japan for more than 10years and in 2018 he became Co-Director of IMPMJapan Module, which is held at YNU. He is also anadjunct lecturer, Yokohama Business School(YNU).
